Thats the point.


When i look at our picks the last around 8 years we are a bad drafting team.

Is that because McClay is not good or ist that because JJ and his sun dont listen to him and overrule his choices.

But then if the latter is the case i would not stay with that kind of a frachise if i were McClay.

But he does stay and now for years. So that says a lot about the guy. So to me it seems he is a big part of the problem.

Parsons, Lamb, Prescott, Tyler Smith Bland and so on. They drafted a team that won 12 games 3 consecutive years. That isn't a bad drafting team.
