Facts that no one can deny:

Dallas averaged 3 inches per rush the last time they played the Commanders.
Dallas has won only 2 of the last 6 games versus the Commanders.
Dallas has not won a playoff game since the '95 season.
Tony Romo has a 4-7 record in the month of December for his career.
The fact that Dallas has 5 championships has no bearing on the outcome of Sundays game.
Jason Campbell has thrown 0 interceptions this year.

I admit the Skins are gonna have a tough time, but to dismiss them so quickly is foolish at best. Can Dallas get up for a third straight big game? If they take the attitude of some of the fans and think they can just show up and win they are gonna be in for a rude awakening. TO has yet to face a beast like Laron Landry roaming in the secondary.

How can the 5 championship argument have no bearing on the outcome, yet Tony Romo's record in Dec. , so far in his career, apparently does have a bearing on the outcome! Dallas not winning a playoff game since 95 has a bearing on this year's game? (by the way, when was the last time the skins won a playoff game?) I don't care about the final game last year. It's unimportant to this conversation.

However your mention of the tight game here last year is exactly why I've not written the Commanders off into some horrible 42-10 beat down.

Like I said before I'll be shocked, completely, if we win by 7 or more. Pleasantly shocked and it's certainly something I'd come on here and say "I was wrong" very happily but I just don't see this game being a blow out.

I will disagree, to some extent, that I don't think we 'survived'. You guys played extremely well but we played better. You couldn't stop TO and Romo and when it mattered, when it was time for Campbell to make the big plays to win it he wasn't able to because our defense made the play it needed to to shut him, and the Skins, hopes of winning, down.

But I expect it to be a close, good, game.

We didn't even play hard that last game. We didn't care, the game meant nothing to us.

As for your comment that we have only won 2 of the last 6, why stop in 2005, why not go back to 1998, or is that because those numbers do not assist you?

Because he needed a few completions to get a Cowboys passing record. That's the only reason he played so long.
