RIP

Wow, I drank and smoked for 40 years and worked out for maybe 40 minutes of those 40 years.

I eat from the list of banned items from every "healthy living" menu ever created.

Sugar is my primary food group.

When I told my doctor that I planned on taking better care of myself, he responded, "Why bother.......and, by the way, could you pay me in advance?"

When strength and conditioning coaches are out after 67 years, what chance do I have?
Well said. Sometimes when it's time to go, it's time. Nothing will change our expiration date. Despite our best intentions.

Yeah my dad always said never pay your doctor in full. He said as long as you owe him money, your doctor will keep you alive.

Is 67 too young though?

Ummm, do you owe me anything? If so, could you wire that on over?

I have seen folks over the last few years pass away in their mid 50s. Now it's really common. Like we always taught our kids, take advantage of today, tomorrow isn't promised. My heart goes out to the Family .

Ehh maybe it’s heartless. I’m in my 30s….i look at life as a blessing…I’ve lost a lot of people before they even hit 40 to sickle cell among other things. So when I see people say oh it’s too young to die at said age….it sounds kind of like people think there is an age they are entitled to live to. I hope everyone here lives long and joyous lives. My heart breaks for anyone who loses a loved one whether they are 200 or 18….
