Does this mean R. McClain is no longer a signing option? Or does this mean Dez might be signing a contract therefore opening up cap space? Or, does this mean Murray is no longer an option? Or, does this mean Carr has taken a pay cut? Or, finally, does this mean the Cowboys are about to restructure someone else? Some many questions and so few answers.

What's it going to be then, eh?

I am not too excited yet.

We are "in pursuit" of every free agent player. 9 times out of 10 it is the player agent floating Dallas' name out there to drum up interest.

The only team I have seen linked to Hardy repeatedly is SF. TB has already stated they don't want him.

It seems like this guy is the only guy tweeting it...others have Retweeted it.

Have no clue if this guy or the Jordan guy (who someone posted in another thread retweeting this guy) is legit or not.

They have cap space now. First year cap hit would be low.

You left one out...or is this someone throwing more crap against the wall to see if it sticks? Anyone can claim something "per a source".:)

While I'm not against signing him, I just can't get excited over the prospect of paying a guy with character issues $15 million or so per year, which fool yourself if you want, will be close to what he signs for. I'd feel better if we were resigning one of our guys in a similar situation, because the coaching staff knows what they are dealing with, but Hardy with no financial motivations is a bit scary.

Colts/Jags is what I've seen. Colts signed Trent Cole instead.

LOL I hope this drags out for a couple days just to watch people get worked into such a frenzy they implode. I think it's an extreme long shot.

I wonder if this is something to drive down the price on someone else they know wants to be in Dallas, like Murray.
