Been in trouble once, and likely only going to be suspended 2 games. Great in the locker room, studies film hard and is loved by his teammates. Also for 10m/yr for a 10-12 possibly 15 sack per year guy is a bargain, especially considering his age

Personal feelings aside, I don't see how the NFL can suspend Hardy when charges were dropped. Unless the transcript he turned over had some pretty damning testimony, I don't see how the can do this

If you assume Jason Cole's report is right (that's a big if) he is saying that Hardy did nothing wrong but is being suspended for "putting himself in a bad situation". That will henceforth be known as the "Goodell No Cocktail Waitress Rule".
