They can’t. The request at this point is a formality. Once you’ve granted one team permission (Jacksonville) to talk to your asst. coach, all teams are free to interview him for head coach.

You don’t know. Teams cannot pick and choose who their asst. coach can and can’t interview with for a head coach position. He’s either granted permission or he’s not.
