I dont think he plays another game as a Cowboy. As soon as his suspension is up they will release him IMO

I still say it is better to have him fresh for the last 6 games and playoffs, than to have him all season, and then he is wore out
by game 10.
In 2014 he faded at the end and didnt play much in either playoff game.
With a guy like him it is better not to play him early in season, dallas should be able to win without him, and then in playoffs is
where if fresh, he could be a factor in winning.

So "win without him" and then tell a player to 'take a seat' because the pothead's back?

How many of you would be saying the same thing if his suspension were only 4 games?

What's it going to be then, eh?

I don't understand this viewpoint.

If the defense is playing well enough to be in the thick of the playoff hunt, why would you disrupt it just because he is available? A notoriously out of condition player who hates practice coming off a ten week layoff? How about his replacement who has been busting his butt to play and help the team getting brushed off for that?

He did not sound as proud of him as a person and player, but rather that "we" (meaning look at me) got more out of him and his talent than anyone else. A very strange and twisted achievement to be proud of.

We've been in the playoff hunt before with a defense that wasn't playing well (and that's certainly a possibility with this year's squad).

Honestly...His suspension might be a blessing in disguise. He blew way too many assignments last year....that went unaccounted for.

One thing I've learned is that year after year, any time something bad happens, someone breaks out the "blessing in disguise" schtick.

Get a grip people. This team has put up with Ro because we are clearly better with him.

Blessing in disguise. Yeah, like Romo going down. Like Scandrick blowing out his knee. We are so very blessed to have another crack at burning through backups, desperately trying to find some to fill the role.
