I just want a special teams coach that can explain to these guys what a penalty is because up until about 5 or 6 games left in the season, we got a penalty on every single special teams play. Every one.

This guy came from the 49ers so he's taking a significant step down.

I don't think so but bringing in Doug Nussmiere would be huge plus IMO. He's Kellen's QB coach so we could certainly hire him as our OC. This way Shotty could add some of Kellen's concepts to the offense
