Cowboys hire Nick Sorensen as ST Coach

we just hired the enemy's old DC and made him our new ST coach. Smart move really. We now have a man on the team with special insight to how they think. I have no issue with the hire. Lets not pretend like Bones Fassel was all that.

HQ…25 years as an assistant to the OC…didn’t even call plays
DC…terrible hq and mediocre dc
ST…last time he coached ST his unit was last..

campo would be a major upgrade over all these wanna be’s instead of terrible towels on the seats next year JJ is putting brown paper bags

Again, sure does seem to be a popular myth among the people whose profession is to day-in-day-out try to improve. Maybe you're right, though. Maybe it's just a myth, and they are dupes. Maybe.

in order for that crazy theory to work, you have to think every coach says

GUYS we operate this year as we did last year, no improvements, no new guys, no new NOTHING. same thing we did last year, we ll do again.


Oo OOOOO maybe Sturt thinks teams just do radical things, like the QB throws to teh WR, and we dont know that becasue we dont get their ex players. Ive been hearing of this dastardly new thing coaches want to do, its really crazy, the QB gives the ball to this other player and , dont tell anyone, HE RUNS WITH IT. OMG its going to take off in the NFL.

Not one losing coach ever said "if that team didnt pick up said player, we would have won. Darn Meddling kids"

Im pretty sure Zimmer had the Vikings blue prints in his drawer thanks to the ex Viking player. I bet we would have totally man handled them.
 
Wait till Aubrey comes to Earth and misses 2-3 FGs. It will be 80% Sorenson’s fault; 20% Dak’s fault. :muttley:

probably due to nepotism. also a lot of guys like are successful regardless who's under them. all we know is he didn't leave those stints for promotions.
 
That hair alone flying like a flag out back of that cap tells me all I need to know! He's a diamond in the rough.
