Cowboys interested in Bears LB Nicholas Morrow

They need an opportunity just like Morrow had.
They have not earned it, you think Quinn is going to sit on players who he knows can do the job? Hell he sees them everyday at practice and camp. if they were showing something I have no doubt they would be getting playing time.

Practice isn't the game, and both guys had injuries. You never know till they play in the game.

Bears just signed 2 LBs to replace him, so that tells you what they think of him.
It could tell you that he played well enough last year that he is due a higher contract than they want to pay.

I hate to break this to you… but Risen beat you to the punch again.

Keep working though! You’ll get him!
Who cares! How many times a day do these players that you guys think Dallas might want, slip through the cracks.Until the player gets signed, you're wasting your breath.
If he's affordable this would be a solid add. Need more depth and experience at LB.

Coaches have a good ideal, it you are not getting it done in practice the odds are you will not just get it going in a game. This is why team practice you expect them to show something and then see game action once they have proven they can do it in a more controlled environment.

“cowboys interested” does not = “prioritizing”. Some of y’all believe everything and then blow it completely out of proportion to justify your paranoia and emotional sadness.
okay we will just disregard everything we hear to make TheDuke happy. No debate or opinions allowed on this board.

Morrow gives you good depth and a starter at OLB

Parsons moves everywhere

ILB - Clark
OLB - Morrow, Cox

Then you have Harper and Jefferson.
Clark and Murrow could be a solid upgrade over LVE and Barr
He’s certainly more athletic than Barr and plays run well

I didn't know that Dallas actually practiced. When did they start?

Just saying Dallas has a deep defense some guys with potential don't get to play.

Don't know enough about this guy to really have a strong opinion. On one hand he has a solid stat line with a poor surrounding cast so he may be a budget signing with upside. On the other hand if I trust anyone to evaluate a LB it's Matt Eberflus. Granted they got some major players in free agency, but if he's willing to let the guy walk I have to ask the question as to why.

indirectly Jones gives this message, how deluded all those who believed that we were going to bring Wagner to the cowboys, LOL, so we bring the fans getting their hopes up and in the end I just want to bring leftovers, I am not interested in winning but in making the franchise worth more and keep making money at the expense of the fans' illusions.

Fact is when you say "Cowboys already have 2 Morrows". No they don't they have 2 guys who have not shown nothings vs a guy who went out and had 116 tackles, 11 for losses along with an int. You could put Haper and Cox combined and they come no where close to that of Morrow.
