I don't get the cheapness when there is no cap on coaches. It makes no sense.

Gotta be serious if this is interview number 2.

My guess with this move, which is good reasoning, is Schotty wants to win like the Eagles win, and get an OL coach like Stoutland. Don't know much about this dude, but it seems like a smart strategy.
