GB is a lot like we are. IMO we have a better overall roster but Rodgers and the Packers scheme are so good that it's a tough matchup for anyone.

If Rodgers and Romo go down I feel better about the Packers chances of winning even though we have a better roster.

ESPN's Ed Werder confirms the Browns and Cowboys have discussed a Josh McCown trade, but that the Browns "prefer to keep him."

Per Werder, the Browns "attached a high price" that the Cowboys currently aren't willing to pay. The Cowboys have a sorry situation behind aging and increasingly-brittle starter Tony Romo, but overpaying for 37-year-old McCown would not be wise. McCown exposes himself to a lot of hits, getting injured often as a result.

No thanks. If we're going to trade for a QB, go get Mike Glennon. The price may be a bit higher, but it's worth it IMO. He's only 26 and is actually a decent QB capable of winning some games.

Just passing along what took from bspn...I didn't hear him say it so I can't 100% confirm but it does make sense that is what happened. Esp after Stephen said he isn't interested in giving picks away for a back up qb.
