While I think Jerry will probably bring Garrett back for another season I'm not ready to bet on that just yet!

It really shouldn't matter, we could have lost this game with a healthy romo, the bottom line is another 8-8 season full of losing games that we should have won.

no I don't. I just don't see it the exact same as you. I'm off the Garrett wagon also win lose or draw. Just can't root against. "Can't"

ps: your choices just suck! Get me Urban Cowboy, all the way from Ohio State...or "I'm Man...I'm 40" from Okla Cowboys

These guys bash jerry every chance they get yet they hold out hope that this time he's not gonna pick that puppet head coach all the other guys turned out to be.

They'll say things like "the definition of insanity is to do the same thing and expect different results" about Jones then go back to same old whining.

If Garrett is back next year I will be taking next season off. I had enough of this coaching staff watching all this talent being wasted

I honestly have been thinking the same thing, although I am quite sure the few Garrett homers would love that so I will probably stick around just to help keep them honest until they realize Garrett is our biggest problem not named Jerry Jones.

Jerry has the perfect excuse to keep Garrett now....this is awful

I posted earlier that is was a win-win all the way around for Dallas fans.

It's a win-win all the way around for Dallas fans.

First, I want us to win, especially for Romo's sake and if that happens, we make it to the playoffs. That's a positive in my book.

Second, if we lose then Garrett is all but gone......another win for the fan base.

Third, Jerry will be another week older come next Sunday night and that's another week he's closer to meeting his maker. Another win for the fan base........

We can't lose in any of these scenarios.

I never thought of this scenario where Romo doesn't play. The ball just landed on green on the Roulette wheel.......Garrett is safe for another year and we'll be tormented yet again. It's groundhog day all over again........

There is a reason Garrett was grinning from ear to ear to start his press conference.

Worst Xmas ever.

I thought all the people like you would be thrilled, you have blamed romo for everything.

You should be thrilled, he is not playing Sunday. This team should be all set to win according to all the crap I have read from people like yourself here for years.

Plus Kyle orton is tall which is a requirement many of the people like you have said is a must.

Wish I could see the looks on all your faces when the game starts and romo is not there to fix all the mistakes that go on around him every play.

On topic, hopefully there is no way Garrett is even considered for next year.

If he does get fired it will be because he does not know how to protect a lead, not because he loses to Philly and does not make the playoffs.

Agree but it is more than that. He has absolutely zero sense of situational football or how to manage the clock. You would think after being around the game his entire life and being a head coach for over 3 years, he would have at least a little understanding of these things but he is just as bad now(if not worse). I had hoped it would help when he gave up calling plays, that maybe he was distracted, but no he was just as bad this year which tells me he is just not head coach material.

Romo being injured is going to give Jerry an excuse to keep Garrett. Just the way it goes.

I agree that Garrett stays in 2014 because of Romo's injury.

For all of you Romo bashers, I'm reminded of an old saying. Be careful what you wish for, for you just may get it.
