They all have or will likely gotten over paid.these are not average: bouye, poe (still available), zeitler, perry, ryan, whitworth, pryor, jeffery, hankins, gilmore, prince, hightower, wagner, kirkpatrick, jackson, logan, fairley, leary
Zeitler is a guard who isn't as good as the starters in Dallas. You want to pay him big to come be a back up?
Poe isn't very good and will be way, way overpaid.
Bouye I liked but he was overpaid and he is a risk because he's been good for a short period. But at least I could get behind his signing.
Perry didn't play well until his contract year. A huge red flag and he got paid a lot. Not smart.
Whitworth is on the downside of his career and the team can't keep spending big on the OL.
Pryor, I don't like. Period. And neither do a lot of his own team mates.
Jeffery cost a lot and I'd rather have Butler and Williams than him on the last legs of his career.
Hankins isn't a fit for Marinelli's defense and the team won't spend big on a 1-tech.
Gilmore. Expensive as ****.
Prince I liked well enough but I haven't really even looked at what he got paid.
Hightower will be paid a ton and isn't going to leave NE anyway unless he gets crazy money.
Wagner... again the team isn't going to continue sinking all of their salary cap dollars into the OL.
Jackson wouldn't be signed here and he's getting old anyway.
Logan and Fairley, assuming they're not asking for way too much money, I would get behind but again, Dallas isn't going to spend big at DT unless it is an Aaron Donald type.
Leary was always going to leave. Collins isn't viewed as a RT by the team.
Just not the way the team does business.
Like I said, just because you want them to doesn't mean it is the right thing to do nor that they'll do it.
