I wouldn't.

I have to admit, I was expecting this thread to be more about Jerry Jones *not* belonging on the mountain than about who would be on it. I guess @Risen Star is out of town, though. I thought this topic would be chum for him.

Landry, Jimmy Johnson, Staubach, Emmitt.

There are about five other people who arguably deserve to be there, but I guess the whole point is that you can only have four.

IMO Cowboys' Mount Rushmore should all be non-players: Tom Landry, Tex Schramm, Jimmy Johnson, Jerry Jones

Top 10 Cowboys should be ONLY be Cowboys players. Completely subjective, but my opinion.

Hard to leave Schramm out. Perhaps we should keep the players and non-players separate.

I agree. If you asked anyone who the most influential or most known Cowboys it would be Landry, JJ, Staubach & Emmitt.

One reason why I never posted it is because we'd already had a long thread about it. So I thought it'd simply be a re-post. I found it funny that no sooner than we'd had our fun with the Cowboys Mt. Rushmore than PFT began it's series of Team Mt. Rushmores and then other outlets picked it up.

I did this on another forum before here too. It's not really a new topic, maybe for PFT it is. ;)

We are movers in the market! Wow, aren't we important. :)

Actually I don't visit other forums much but I have found it interesting when topics, ideas, and even plagiarism shows up elsewhere from here.
