Cowboys new practice facility 1.5 billion

I had an offer to buy a suite there, and a VIP club membership. Can't remember the cost, as I was not interested. For the cost I am better off buying more rental property.
I won't get the offer again, selling my PSL's to my seats at the stadium. Getting out of them while I can, while an offer is on the table without losing any money, but not making any either. But I am fine with that.
But I was hoping they would give us some kind of tour before it opened first.

It's Texas people. Everything we do is BIG!

Yep.
And look at all the BIG highways and always toll rods they are making...big, wide toll road highways....however, they are worse than what the Cowboys are at times, not always getting it right......

Every time they try to improve the roads to alleviate traffic issues, they screw it up worse. Some pretty bad engineering out there IMO. They did do a pretty dang good job in Grapevine though.

Lets not forget all the work the Cowboys do for the communities and hospital visits to the children helping to improve healing and brighten their day; and overall just helping those less fortunate.
I know to NFL is a big business and winning is important and may have a losing season; but we must also put life into perspective. The hearts of JJ and staff seam to be in the right place IMO.

The Cowboys are always winners in my book.

Does it come with a $200 million TV Screen and a retractable roof top dome?

No way it's $1.5 billion.
