I want to see another year. Let’s see him block. I kind of thought Jarwin maybe blocked better..Not a bunch of difference but once Jarwin was injured we changed our formation we primarily used. Could have been because Elliot was injured also..

It's basically the Beasley situation all of again. Beasley was a nice reliable player but was only like the 8th best/most valueable player on offense for that 2018 season. Not exactly the type of player you want to pay high market rate for.

Schultz is acting up with hopes of persuading Jerry to pay Schultz like a top 3 TE. That's not going to happen. Hope Jerry & Stephen stay firm and refuse to overpay for Schultz's services.

The Top 3 TE pay:

1) Kittle: $15 mil
2) Kelce: $14.3 mil
3) Goedert: $14.25 mil

No way Schultz is worth Top 3 pay. Offer him between $10 - $12 mil. If he refuses, let him go after this season.
