Noticed that Odell didn't practice yesterday either hopefully @rapsheet advises "translation: unlikely for Sunday."

This is Jerry's quote:

So, he's basically saying what Garrett is saying, but in his own Jerry way.

It's a tough spot for both.

2-3 and really needing to get to 3-3.... But at what cost?

I say you sit Dez and win ONE GAME.... just ONE GAME... without your stars.
Other teams have done it.... Other teams do it... Will do it again on the future.

Not a matter of ignoring. Jones says a lot of things and a lot never happen. Jones is not as stupid as many here think and does understand the role of a HC.

Funny thing last year all the talk was how Jerry was not involved 1st bump in the road with injuries and now it is back to putting BS on Jones.

And he wasn't.

Dallas made the playoffs.

Weird, Huh?

I hope so, if not Wilcox needs to hit him again like he did in that last game.

I never wish injury on any player but since Dez being absent Wednesday is such a big deal why isn't Beckham Jr.'s absence reported as much? Ya know...

Because ODB sat out most of last week with the hammy as well and played on Monday. Dez's situation is different.

but now he is again? what I'm getting at is playing this game that if things are not going great well that is Jerry but when things are then he has no part. That is complete BS he is the GM and Garrett is the HC they work together as does Stephen Jones. Coordinators work with Garrett it is not out of the ordinary as much as many here love to claim

That's the point...it is possible to sit out days of practice and play. The overreacting to Dez not practicing Wednesday by the media is laughable. He very well may not be ready until Seattle or the Eagles game or the Tampa game or whenever but missing the 1st practice isn't the end all be all. Lol!

So......Jerry says Dez is ready. Forces coaches to use a qb it doesn't want (Cassel)....And refuses to play QB coaches want in (Moore). Sounds like old meddling Jerry is alive and well. People who don't think there is a disconnect between the coaching staff and the front office need to start reading between the lines. Funny how there is nothing but years of stories of Jerry tampering...yet fans don't want to accept that it's happening now.

There were zero teams clamoring for Kellen Moore. Detroit dropped him for a song. He throws like a college QB.

I hope he works out, but it'll be a long time from now, if ever. Your obsession with him is strange, as if you are a groupie or something.

Jerry squawks, but he carries much less clout these days. Stephen runs interference for Garrett and McClay to make the football decisions.

You have to understand...it's the FWST. They are always looking to find ways to garner attention because they are the DMN's little brother. So how to garner attention? Make up stuff about Jerry or take it completely out of context.

I can't blame Jerry. He just wants his new 70 million dollar investment on the field. Rather than on the couch playing with monkeys!

If Jerry says that it means bone scan revealed completely healed bone. There is still 20% chance of re-break but this is huge game and I can't see Dez sitting if its just matter of discomfort. Its worth pointing out that Julio Jones rebroke his foot 2 years apart. So there really is no reason to delay getting Dez back into games if scan shows bone is completely healed.

20% chance of re-breaking and basically being done for the season seems like terrible odds to me.

Track record, my man.

His rep precedes him.

Jerry's fault, not ours.

who doesn't? Fan? coaches? Everyone who is a fan of the Cowboys wants to see Dez back and the field and playing, he is an important part of this offense. However as much as the Cowboys want him back in the lineup I think they will base it on what doctors say and what they see from Dez as he continues to rehab.

No fan spin and need of scape goat. Jerry is at fault because of major injuries on both sides of the ball? Yes I know he should have had a great QB waiting in the wings like every other team does? Oh that is right every team does not have that luxury. Any moves the Cowboys have made that pan out was McCray and or Stephen it is only the ones that don't bear fruit is Jones. Almost comical how some peoples mindset is.
