Yikes, DC, run for cover, when Hostile sees this he might throw something, when he hears kiper says we need to DRAFT a kicker, and get one now. Everybody run for cover when Hostile sees this video.

I like how he said Dallas NEEDS Jordan Shipley. That is the word I have thrown around when talking about us drafting him.

Not only will the guy kill it in the slot he plays 4 different positions.

With his abilitiy to stretch the middle of the field as well as be a posession guy it just seems like such a no brainer pick for us.

Also is there a receiver with better hands in this draft?

I dont like shipley personally, he is a 6th year senior i believe, for first 2 years he did nothing at college, reports are he has trouble getting off of the line and he is slow, remember he ran a 4.57 real slow for a wr.

Personally, I don't even want to hear about Shipley before the bottom of round 3. The guy made plays for Texas, but he's not very fast.

Shipley is a must have for me too Trent. Hopefully Dallas pulls the trigger.

Ahh now I have your position on Gaither in better perspective.

Have you ever even seen him play? He had no problems getting off the line, runs crisp routes, has great hands, great kick and punt returner and he played his best games in big games.

This isn't Danny Amedola + wishful thinking, Shipley is the real deal

Ouch.

And lol at more Shipley = Welker comparisons. Didnt Shipley score a ton of TD's?

If the Welker comparisons are accurate and not just knee jerk white arm influenced than hes not right for us anyway. We need a Jonny Knox, Mike Wallace type.

Shipley is a lot of things but slow is not one of them. And he is quick.

He was injury plagued early in his career at Texas too but when the guy turned it on he made plays and it did not matter the stage.

I don't see any upside for the guy other than a #3 receiver. I think he is extremely average the further he is away from the QB but in the slot he could be something special.

When Texas lost their TE, his jr season, he basically became that teams TE when he worked the slot. Absolutely unguardable.

but 4.6 in the 40 catch? i think what happened alot of times, he got put in mismatches in the slot, on linebackers, etc and he burned them

just doesnt stand out to me; i could be wrong, wont be the first time and wont be the last time either, but im more right than wrong i think

Drating Jordan Shipley would go against everything the Cowboys are about! Trent Dilfer is right but the Cowboys and Jerry don't think like that!

You don't draft Martellus Bennett then turn around and draft a guy like Shipley!

The Eskimos are too busy buying ice to realize the type of player jerry will draft!

I'd argue that they know less about the Cowboys than us fans do.
