i guess you arent aware of anquan boldins 40 time..you are putting too much stock in the 40

its not just the 40 time, its the 40, he cant get off the line against the press, his first 2 years in texas he could do nothing, and he is a 6 year senior at texas,

he reminds me of a patrick crayton, but not a wes welker;

i promise you he had no troble off the line and isnt slow please wait till his pro day on the 31st and he will run in the 4.4_ range. in the mean time watch this video and see how he stacks up up next to dez bryant, mardy gilyard, and damian williams

also notice shipley is the only one that doesnt wear gloves

if he does that, then i will change my mind, but not until then; but what will you say if he runs a another 4.57 in the 40?

but 4.6 in the 40 catch? i think what happened alot of times, he got put in mismatches in the slot, on linebackers, etc and he burned them

just doesnt stand out to me; i could be wrong, wont be the first time and wont be the last time either, but im more right than wrong i think

no texas plays spread and 9/10 all recievers are matched with a DB and it was clear shipley was the #1 it didnt matter where he lined up the best DB would line up over him.

his first two years at texas he was injured? he applied for a medical redshirt in 2008 and was awarded a sixth year of eligibility?

he wont. but what would you want me to say? arent you the one that preaches taking productive players from big programs and then boom/bust players late? he had a great career at texas and proved himself to be a very capable kick returner, punt returner, and slot reciever. he has the surest hands in the draft, runs crisp routes, cuts on a dime, and can house it from the slot(someting welker doesnt do)

and a side note him and our 3rd QB are the most productive duo in texas highschool football history

Fuzzy had Tavaris Jackson love and I guess he thinks I forgot.

I had to go Notstradamus on him in this thread.

Post 31 just owned him.

Jackson played exceptionally well after week 14 two years ago. I said he had the tools to be a good player not that he was after coming out his junior season. He has gotten better every year his passer rating going from 60 to 75 to 95 over his first three seasons.

Hes mired behind Brett Favre now but if Favre stays retired then I guess we shall see.
