Some fans think Jerry's ownership is tied to his greed. But Jerry keeps spending money on this organization. The billion dollar stadium and the billion dollar training facility is all from him. How many other teams have a billion dollar training facility? I mean, how long would it take him to recoup the money he spent on his training facility? Some need to stop and ask themselves, what are the other owners spending their money on? Jerry's spending it on the team while other owners are pocketing it. Who's greedy?

Arlington provided a lot of money for the stadium.

Relax, it wasn't a shot at Jerry. I know how that upsets some folks.

My point was it's time for an upgrade and it appears that's exactly what Jerry is doing. Can't wait to see how it looks.
No need to relax I'm not excited just stating

Just use the concessions profits since we are getting gouged. Sodas are 9 bucks now a freaking Pepsi is 9 bucks tax not included

Jerry just loves your patronage. Forget the Pepsi, just buy the beer.

That’s a ton of money for renovations, hopefully the improvements are noticeable and enhance the fan experience there.

Not surprising to see them make this move though. A few of those newer “state of the art” stadiums from the past few years are employing better technologies, etc, than what Jerry could implement back in ‘09.
Can’t allow your stadium to fall too far behind as the years pass.

Did taxpayers pay for this stadium? If so will they pay for this upgrade?

The original taxpayer contribution was capped at 325M, and Jones had to foot the remainder (turned out to be around 1B). With what they charged for PSLs and the like, he had the stadium debt paid down in like 3 years.

In some way, the fans will be paying for these upgrades as well - whether it’s increased ticket prices or something else.

If you can match what AT&T is paying for it I'm sure ol' Jerry would happily oblige you.
This is more true than funny.
If Hooters bid 10K higher than AT&T for name rights, just imagine that big sign on the roof.

Cool. Always want to travel to a game in Dallas…just for the experience…

Maybe someday.

I was going to comment on that in the game thread. But didn’t want to bring up anything Dallas.
That the video board in LA looks a lot more cool than Jerry”s in its own way.

Well I guess the only thing left for you two to do is choose between the Rams and Chargers.

Every new stadium built will always have something better than the last new stadium built
