Parking is cheaper everywhere else ive seen...again the Nationals can charge you $100 to park
Jerry's big hanging video board doesn't look so cool compared to the circular one in Los Angeles.
I thought all stadiums had to be built North/South per NFL rules, but I guess I was wrong.Whatever it takes. But it still is laughable that you spend a $1B+ on an state of the art indoor (basically) football stadium and no one thought to think, wait a second, what happens with those big windows if the sun is shining that day?
The SoFi video board looks cool on TV, but it's underwhelming in person.Jerry's big hanging video board doesn't look so cool compared to the circular one in Los Angeles.

Woopty Freaking Doo!!
Give me Texas Stadium and toilets overflowing as long as it comes with Division championships, playoff wins, and NFC championships.

The area where nationals park has gone quite upscale, a couple of blocks over from where the stadium now sits there used to be a KFC that was robbed so often and the clerks had guns pointed at so often they had 1 inch thick lexan around the counter and all food was provided via a lexan lazy suzy window. Many forget how much of a craphole the area around Nats Stadium used to be. Now it is high dollar apartment and condo buildings that many of the congress critter live in.
Wait...they don't sell Coke there?Jerry just loves your patronage. Forget the Pepsi, just buy the beer.
Ok. That's sounds about right. Didn't know if Jerry paid them back or not. That's for the info.Arlington residents voted to increase local sales taxes by 1/4 of a % temporarily to help build the stadium, and was reliable for $300 million or maybe it was $325 million. Jerry put in the rest out of his pocket. However he got that repaid by selling the PSL's. Or a portion of it. Arlington paid off the $325 million about 3 to 5 years earlier than planned.
Arlington actually owns the stadium and leases it, but Jerry has the rights to do as he wishes as for making money, renovations or whatever.
Have you ever been to San Diego? That place was BY FAR the worst stadium I've been to. I couldn't even sit in my actual seat because there was a guy already in it passed out drunk. When I went to St. Louis, somehow two other people had tickets to our seats as well. Luckily, we were able to move down 12 rows because St. Louis is a baseball town. I went Denver for the game in 2017, week 2, the game where they had to stop it for an hour and a half because it started storming so bad. Seattle is my favorite stadium that I've visited.
I had a lot of fun in Cleveland. I was surprised, actually.Seattle, New Orleans, Chicago, Dallas, SoFi in no order are my favorite places to go. Keep in mind, IM talking about the entire weekend also, which includes the town.
Cleveland was also great.
Just use the concessions profits since we are getting gouged. Sodas are 9 bucks now a freaking Pepsi is 9 bucks tax not included

If Jerry knew anything about that company...he would disassociate himself...just goes to show...Jerry doesn't give a rats *** about legacy....as long as it pads his pocketbook. If you can match what AT&T is paying for it I'm sure ol' Jerry would happily oblige you.
Honestly...I expected more....to be blown away. That place is a freaking circus. Not a stadium. You would think...as one of the flagship franchises of the league..it would be state of the art. Not even close....The place is only 13 years old and needs that much renovations?
The players been punching holes in the walls?
Lets see what happens after 20 years, its across the river for the really bad part of SE but is a decent walk from the Congressional office buildingsit still amazes me that theres a stadium in southeast dc because when i was growing up in the late 80s early 90s southeast and especially that part wasnt really a tourist attraction
Never been there.Honestly...I expected more....to be blown away. That place is a freaking circus. Not a stadium. You would think...as one of the flagship franchises of the league..it would be state of the art. Not even close....
