Cowboys player talks Defense & Coach problems against Packers early in the 2023 playoff game

When you have no running game, the defense doesn’t have to worry about anything BUT the passing game. Get your butt out there in those conditions and let us know how it feels.
LOL the absolute cope here is strong

The run game is not the issue for a QB staring down the receiver (first INT). The run game is not the fault of a QB throwing into traffic (second INT)

You can have a bad run game and not make poor decisions like this as a QB. Just stop.

Did you play the game of football?
So, wait.

What's that all about?

Don't try deflection with me, my friend.

I played some, but my wife who never slipped on a helmet ever, and who barely has watched a quarter of a game in her life...

She qualifies as someone with two ears and a brain as someone able to fully "decode" what Juanyeh Thomas said here.

Sometimes the more admirable response is to just acknowledge overreaction. You don't have to give up your conclusion... damn, man, we seem to agree about the DC... but it is and likely will forever be just our opinion based on observation, having nothing to do with any player saying "I admit it, our coaches quit coaching and we quit playing."

Go learn what truly happened and why.

If not, then you should stop with your nonsense.

You’re entitled to your opinion. Cheers.

The offense got off to a slow start but we still put up over 500 yards and 32 points.
Dallas only had 80 something total yards in the 1st half. They were only able to start piling on after that when GB pulled their starters for the entire 2nd half. Without that happening Dallas doesn't get over 500 yards and 32 points, not even close. But keep patting yourself on the back that Dallas was able to stack up all those yards and points against GB's 2nd and 3rd team. No one should be proud of that.

That tells you everything you need to know about the team. They thought they could just show up and win and got destroyed.
frustrating enough, do they EVER learn? They do this crap every time.

The Offense kept fighting, mistakes and all. The Defense did not. The Defense didn't even show up. So many times the Packers WRs were wide open with not a single defender withing 15+ yards of them. Plus, their RBs repeatedly running down our throats for 8+ yards or more. The Defense QUIT.

I don't need to watch the video when I have freakin' highlighs of the game where he made those mistakes in front of me.

Dak stared Cooks down and it cost him. Second INT he threw into traffic. The first INT was on 3rd 5. Are you freakin' suggesting a third and 5 in today's league is not manageable for a QB? IF you say no, you better have some big questions for Dak and his upcoming extension.

What part of...

... are you not getting, my friend?

It's fine for me or you to hold that position. It's another for you to allege that a player affirmed it. That's a lie. It just is. You should back down.

Juanyeh may have never said those words, we quit, but he said THEY QUIT without uttering the actual words.

Let me be clear. The Defense and DQ quit. The offense didn't.

Because you don't know what happened and why. You're like someone who never played the game and clearly does not understand what is happening on the field and why.

I thought it was obvious.......lol
I do think something happened team-wise that week that hasn't come out. I don't know if players partied, didn't practice with a sense of urgency or just thought they could simply walk on the field and win.

All I know is that game is THE worst defeat in franchise history IMO........factoring in what was on the line, how hard it was to gain the advantage they had and they didn't compete.
This is what I think. I think something happened behind the scenes that we don’t know about. Whether it’s partying too much that week or not practicing hard. Something happened. I’m still stuck on the Dak and CD issue. That seemed to happen early in the game, a little too early for it to be just going 3 and out. I wonder if there is/was an issue in the locker room that spilled over into the field. Everyone played bad. Everyone. That’s really weird.

Sometimes I watch highlights of that game. You know like when I want to emotionally self mutilate. But every time I watch it the feeling I get is no one wanted to play that day.

My theory is there was something going on in the locker room and we imploded Ala the Eagles.

Cant run? Can’t stop the run? Can’t overcome poor QB play?

No worries, everyone.

The Jones addressed these weaknesses during the off season.

Just ask em…

but he said THEY QUIT without uttering the actual words.
No he didn't.

The active noun in everything Juanyeh said was Green Bay. His comments were about the other team's insight. You'd have better ground to suggest Juanyeh said "THEY CHEATED without uttering the actual words." In fact, now that I think about it, one could wonder whether that's been explored...

Need to go back and listen... any metal trash can lids noises on the tape?

I kid, I kid.

But do I? ;)

You're the one claiming you played. Back it up.

#35. I was barely a Freshman. Played both ways on offense (slot back) and defense (linebacker). Team captain and defensive huddle playcaller. Guaranteed at the age of 15, I would run you over repeatedly, then laugh at you while you choke on your snot and tears. Double guarantee you would walk off the field or quit not wanting to face me as a 15 year old again. I was much worse as I got older. You would not be able to hang with me. Guaranteed.
