He averaged 15 offensive snaps per game last season. Not a ton but he wasn't standing around not playing every week.

Either Izzy or Blue goes on the PS and gets called up on game day. The new practice squad rules also let you protect four players each week from getting poached so the roster limits are really not as constrained anymore.

I think they know Mingo won't be brought back next year so they have a chance to get something from him now.

Brown's a first year rookie so he's much more affordalbe to hold in that last WR spot.

The ST Mingo is the one the Cowboys would miss, so I won't be surprised if they keep him as well just for that reason nor will I be surprised if he's traded or released.

I think Mingo is on the team and he should be.

Dallas has fired him many times.

And every time he worked harder and made it to the point he knocked draft picks off the roster.

Reminds me of Bill Bates in that regard. Others were faster, others were more talented, but nobody worked harder. If Blue had half of Davis' work ethic he'd still be here.

I think it’s because he doesn’t do anything great not flashy … but does get the job done when asked to.

Neither did Rico and he came in here and said buckle up and he made the Cowboys look like trash oh wait the defense was trash never mind But he's done great things he took the same path as Davis sometimes you need to wait your turn You need to put your head down you need to stay healthy you need to learn the playbook and you need to give the effort when they ask you to and these guys came up and did that there's nothing wrong with Davis I like the way he runs Not a lot of speed but right now if you look at Davis and I don't want to do this to you all because maybe you ain't paying attention but Tony Pollard post injury is just an average back but guess what he is starting for the Titans and you know who looks just like him That's right Davis he looks just like today's Tony Pollard and now he's our backup not our starter but he's a starter with the Titans,,


That is how it works why do we need a dynamic RB2 everyone's up here saying but the Rams 3rd string running back is better than the Cowboys starter blah blah blah no it's not If we do not need a dynamic backup that is not how it works show me all the RB twos around the league somebody please if you're angry at the Cowboys and you think you're not doing enough even though they rebuilt the entire defense they're cutting away a lot of fat and we like our guy syndrome but show me all the RB twos in the entire league show me who they are and then I'll nitpick every one of them show me Show me all these teams are three deep because that's what great teams do hey the guy who just says that up there I like you
