Guess he ended up giving us the hometown discount after all even though it’s not much of a discount

$2-$3 million a year over 5 years comes out at $10-$15 million overall. It looks to me like he and his agent played it right. Got to the market to solicit offers but ultimately he did what he wanted to do and stayed in Dallas at the rest they were looking for.

I see it as a win for both sides.
