I was just hoping that maybe someone would suddenly be available.

There are always later cuts.
Not as much for money now but because teams adjust after the draft.

There are 12-15 pass rushers expected to be drafted in the top 2 rounds.
Even if only 4 vets are released because of that there becomes options.
