Most likely. Remember that the goal is to be relevant, not actually contend and win a SB. Last year they let a bunch of mid level players go and it took its toll.

This year it looks like they are going to pay to keep more of their players. You have Dak, CD and Micah. But also Osa and probably a few from the likes of Gholston, Lewis, DLaw, etc. As far as FA and acquiring new vets it will likely be low-mid tier guys some of the new coaches are familiar with, whether FA or players who have been cut.

They will eat all that cap up in a Parsons resigning for 35 to 40 million a year. What is left is for draft picks and rollover next year to sign another player. Annnnnd, of course Dak's continuation of pushing money down the line to keep them from actually going a different direction. They need to go and get a star in Free Agency on the OL or DL to build on something.
