This MIGHT make sense if we are trying 2 keep Wilson here. I am n board with this.My hunch is thats why we did this, and we may be able then 2 get Wagner. Not holding my breath

In a less than dynamic Browns offense he was 11th in the league in yards of separation. They screwed the pooch for a 5th.
He just rubbed the team the wrong way. You know you had to have done something to irk this team if they literally gave you away. Because what happened to Cooper is rare for Jerry. I've never seen him treat a player like that and send him to Cleveland for chump change.

I have to think it has to be for Hopkins or obj. Those are the only two I think they'd target. I don't think their FAs as a whole would need more caproom created

Amari Cooper was content to sit on the sidelines when the game was on the line!

I want players with passion for the game.

People still defend this garbage. Fans crying about Amari Cooper are comical. He couldn't be gone soon enough!! Him and Cleveland are perfect together. And the Browns will find out soon enough that they will need a better #1 WR just like the Cowboys did.

I think there is a legit chance of this happening. Legit question: How much does he have left in the tank? I didn’t watch him play last year.
He was elite last season. +90 grade on PFF

Agreed. Cooper was way too inconsistent to justify what he was making here. But the Cowboys' mistake was not getting rid of Cooper. The mistake was getting rid of Cooper and not replacing his speed and production. They overestimated Gallup coming back off the ACL.

No doubt about that especially after Washington was injured, they still did nothing. They made the right move getting rid of Cooper and the contract, but they sat on their hands the rest of the way.

A decent move is coming brother, it will be one big move, but not what most are expecting.
I would be happy with Bobby Wagner, Patrick Peterson, D.J. Chark, and re-signing Donovan Wilson. All these moves at least appear realistic.
