Our defense plays a lot better against pure pocket QBs. If the offense makes a few plays and takes care of the football we have a good shot at winning.

:starspin:
Dallas was gashed by any and all running games last year so first things first if on first down the ball carrier is 5 yards up field or containment outside is bad 2nd & 3rd and short with Brady will not work if Dallas expects a win.
All I gotta say is the Osa might ought to back his words. P.S. It will take me a long time to be able to spell his last name.

The ball is gone so fast from Brady most of the time, it doesn't matter. And sacking him doesn't rattle him whatsoever. Tampa can run the ball, too.

Correct for the most part, but he does tend to get rattled if you get a lot of pressure on him and knock him to the ground. That was how the Giants beat him in the SB twice, the Eagles beat him in the SB, and the Bears beat him last year, among others. Hit Brady a lot, and he starts to struggle.

Poking the GOAT is a rookie mistake.

Brady has always been slow of foot, which is one of the reasons he was drafted #199.

His decision making and release, however, are anything but slow.

But our defense is brand new. We really don't know what we are good or bad at yet.

This version of our defense has never played a snap of real game football so how can you speak so matter of fact about anything this defense does? When you hear yourself talking out of your arse, you seem to like what you hear but don't confuse that for others buying your BS.

It's the arm that you better worry about.
Yep, his arm and head are what creates issues for defenses. And he moves around inside the pocket just fine. Just a subtle step here or there allows Brady to avoid rushers while he finds his receiver.

However, Odighizuwa is right… if you get him moving out of the pocket your chances of stopping him goes up a lot.

So he was asked his weakness and answers? He scrutinized the one thing Brady doesn’t do well … run. He ran for 6 yards last season

People need to quit acting like he said “Oh his arm is weak now, he’s old and he plays like trash”

So Brady can openly say that he’s going to whip the Cowboys *** and we can’t rally? But saying he can’t run whole calling him the GOAT is some sort of rally call?
I agree, but Brady is not the person anyone should call out for anything, and yes if he gets wind of what was said,he will use that as motivation,he uses everything as motivation, even for something as mundane as what was said.jmo of course

What is this guy? Out of his mind? Yeah let’s criticize the best QB of all time coming off a SB win.

https://www.foxnews.com/sports/cowboys-rookie-tom-brady-mobility

"He’s not very mobile. mean, you know, he’s been playing for 21 years. The dude is a little older, not too mobile. I’d say that’s probably what it is," Odighizuwa said Thursday, via the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

He added: "Get him off the spot and his passer rating goes down by a lot. So our role is super important this week as far as getting after him."

What part of that isn't true?
