Hopefully if they get blown out Sunday, they'll start shopping anyone and everyone. Problem is, not sure anyone wants our raggedy players.

He's not a likable guy at all. Fans don't want to watch crap like that. On top of that, it sets a very bad precedent in the locker room.

I fully expect zero to happen.

I never thought I would say this about Diggs, but yes, if he is going to run away from contact, I would love to move him too. Can't have a physical defense when the DBs won't make contact. It is not a good lesson for the young players either.
If he runs away from contact, they should run away from the contract!

Say it with me!

And that's fair under normal conditions, but also we have an issue of simply not having anyone else. You're a Reds fan so it's a pretty easy comparison, but its also like the Reds continuing to play Jeimer Candelario all year when he struggles to even field a ball...but when you lose CES, and the other options are Santiago Espinal and Noelvi Marte what other option to do you have than to run him out there and hope he can send one over the fence that night?
Different because I expect more of him as a fan..clearly more than what the team expects out of all their players. You can imagine how my fandom has been challenged the last 30 years lol

if we’re gonna start a teardown soon get rid of Trevon Diggs tomorrow.

We can actually still be competitive down the stretch without this business decision making fraud of a player.

The Giants have a defensive back Banks - who did exactly what Diggs did two weeks ago no showing tackles half assing it etc - and they have torn into him. The fans have called him out. The radio stations have called them out Brian Dabel has spoken to him. Etc

If Jerry makes one move before this off-season - this is it.

Change the country club culture
No! They must complete the cycle of yet another wasted talent. It’s what they do best.

Long gone are the days of trading away players (i.e. Hershel Walker, Tyreek Hill - Chefs) while there’s value to gain premium draft capital.

Very taboo in these parts

The country club isn't going away but Diggs isn't worth the contract. The problem is that is not a secret. It would be tough finding another team willing take on that contract AND part with much draft capitol. This is why we got next to nothing for Amari Cooper. He was on a contract worth more than his value on the field.

It was stupid to sign him to big contract, and then change DC's lol.
He was better suited to dan quinn than to zimmer. He was never that great but got the int's.
Now he cant get the int's due to different dc.

Jerry likes his guys, so not much chance of them getting rid of him anytime soon.
See how he does next year, if they get new HC and new DC.

I used to notice him all the time, even if it wasn't picks he knocking passes away or being in the right place. After his injury I just see him running behind guys with the ball.

Instead of trading him, why can’t they teach him?
It’s because the cowboys culture allows players to not be held accountable for not playing through plays.
Where I’m sure a business decision play under Jimmy or even Parcells was going to get you benched or scolded or embarrassed.
The team culture needs to change. Hold players like him accountable.

I said before they signed him to a big deal that if he's not getting INTS he's a liability @phildadon86 can vouch for this.

Another bad invest by Jerry.
We disagree a lot but I remember this was one of the few times I would echo your take. He has always been all or nothing. The more film that comes out on him, the more teams are leaning how to make it more nothing, because he bites on every double move.

No he wouldn't, because Henry wouldn't be getting through our line either.
Henry would not be averaging 6.5 YPC (that number is just so obscene) while leading the league in rushes, but I think it’s clear with how the Titans were, that he can run behind a bad OLine and get 4YPC.

For the player Henry, I’m happy for him getting to show why he is better than he was even getting credit for, but I do wish he were here still being great.

Get rid of every player. Sign all USFL players for cheap. Let’s never have a chance to win again.
Many on here will be happy thumping their chest … I was right … I was right …
There's no chance of Detroit dropping 47 on Skip Holtz's Birmingham Stallions at home. I'll tell you that right now! None...lol/jk

I'm not giving up on a QB move. I'd move heaven & earth to somehow get Cam Ward under center next season.

Screw the contract.

It’s the injury.

I doubt he’s 100 percent back.
