Clearly on an upward swing in his career looks like a good backup, but doubt his signing means anything more than that.

Texted a buddy who's a diehard charger fan, this is what he told me.
"NOO! I wanted him back! Fantastic backup for Butler who sucked last year. Decent run stopper and makes good plays on the ball. Good pick up for you. ******"

Take it for what it's worth

I have a Charger friend that texted me as well. He wanted him to return. I must admit that I don't know much about him. Maybe X or someone will watch the tape on him.

Charger fans seem to love the guy. High motor player who can play special teams and has been improving.

Did your friend feel that he wanted him 5.5 millions worth back?

The $5.5M does seem a bit high for a "core special teamer". Sounds like the Connor signing a few years ago, he signed for $6.5 million.

I'm sure he would have to do something that would help the team to reach the "max." Will wait out the details.

Connor was almost washed up though, this guy is just getting into the prime of his career.
