Rivers is a guy that I am surprised never became a real solid player in the league. His measurables were very good, and he was productive as a player at USC. At worst, I figured that he would be along the lines of D.J. Williams. Maybe that crackback block by Hines Ward that broke his jaw made him gun shy as a player, but he just hasn't produced at all.

Yeah I remember seeing that play, Hines caught him good on that block.

As a USC fan, I approve of this signing. I just hope he didn't bring his injury bug with him.

Bye Bruce.

Lee, Mclain, Hitchens with Durant and Rivers as depth is real nice. Need one more and we will potentially have the deepest LB core of any 4-3 team in the league.
