Where is this gym? A college gym? I've been to many Bally's/24-hour/etc. over the years and I've never seen 15 guys like that. Sure I've seen some muscle heads that can lift big, but not a lot of super athletic guys than can run 4.4 forties.

I've heard a lot of guys claim they can run a 4.4 forty. I've even challenged a couple of guys that made big claims to a race in the parking lot and they either couldn't beat me or barely beat me and I was probably running a 4.9 forty at best by then.

Equinox in Preston hollow, Larry norths highland park ( don't know if that one is still open though) golds on McKinney in uptown. 24 hr on tollway and belt line. Lifetime fitness in Addison and la fitness in las colinas ( only in mornings and between 5-7) I've see mostly linebacker safety type builds 210-265 working out. Worked out with a couple here and there. I always run into 10-15 dudes that look and lift the part. I'm guessing that there are 1000s of ex college players, NFL players ect that don't make it or sustain their NFL careers and they have to workout somewhere. Some of them can go back to their old college gyms and use their alumni passes but if you played in college station or Austin ect and live in Dallas you gotta pay $30-150 a month like everyone else.

Do you see the signs that C-Mike is now running this team?
Previous Seahawks teammate Rod Smith signed.
Randle Cut.
A&M Teammate signed.

McFadden suddenly starts gaining a lot of yards most likely because C-Mike told defenses that if they didn't let McFadden gain some yards that C-Mike himself might have to step in and no defense wanted that to happen to them.

I see it and it's a beautiful thing. It's about time someone started strategizing around here.

If they are planning to use him as Dunbar then we will see him a lot but i dont know if he as good as a pass catcher as Dunbar and whether he can play the slot.

Yep. He won't see the field probably at all. We will hear about his inability to pick up the blitz and that the coaches don't "trust" him. You know, like they trust Beasley to catch punts.

Williams is better in pass pro than Dunbar, and Dunbar was pretty good actually. Better than Randle.

FWIW, Broaddus was very impressed with William's pass protections ability.

Hoping to be half the man Tom Landry was.

Anyone see this guy run in the NFL?. I'm tired of guys college write ups sounding great and the don't have NFL level talent. And this guy doesn't even sound great in :) s write-up. Let's hope for a unicorn in this one!

Report: Williams is competitive for his lack of height. Not afraid of contact. Shows a willingness to stick his nose in the action and physically finish.

Outstanding quickness, forward and laterally. Plays with acceleration and a burst. Can capture the edge in a hurry. Showed the ability to run in and out of trouble. Can create with the ball in his hands. Ability to make the first man miss. Runs with toughness inside, but I would not call him a pile mover. Nice short-area foot quickness but can extend that up the field. Good body control and balance.

He wasn’t knocked off his feet by just one tackler. Can change direction if he sees the ability to take the ball all the way across the formation. When you watch him play, you can tell that he plays with his eyes. Quick glances to see where he might have a crease. Breaks tackles with a stiff arm and by keeping his legs moving. He will do his best to finish a run...

Man, this back has some sweet cuts in the highlights I've watched of him. Reminds me of the cuts Dunbar made during that long run he had against the Raiders back in 2013.

Looks like he could be a return threat.

I really like the move! We needed a RB with this type of skill set, and it's a bonus that he's also a decent option for kick returns...

The big difference appears to be that he is not a good pass blocker; whereas, Dunbar was a really good pass blocker despite his size.

Your buddy Broaddus thinks he's a good pass blocker.

You do realize you're talking about 1-2 plays a game due to touchbacks, right?
We need a punt returner more than a kick returner; a punt returner might actually have an impact on the game.

I'm assuming Williams will return punts also, probably after a week of being inactive and going through a crash course on it if hasn't done punt returns before. He will also probably get a few of the passing routes that Dunbar ran and pick up a few more each week in practice as the season goes on.
