I'm sure he will sit for at least 4 weeks before he sees the field.

LOL I was thinking 2-3 weeks, or he might appear for the one play per game.

People are figuring out how to use him, without even seeing him??

Keep in mind Wash Commanders found no use for him. could be a dud.

Sounds like he might have some decent ability as a kick runback option and possibly as a 3rd down receiver out of the backfield. If he's simply a better kick return option than Beasley, he'd be worth the roster spot.

He was a KR not PR in college, IIRC.

I think he's a tad stronger than Dunbar (based on BP reps)

I think Dunbar was much stronger this season than he was pre-draft 2012.

If he can pass block and has good hands, then he seems like a Dunbar clone.

I would think Rod Smith given this guy's ability to fit right into the role vacated by Dunbar leaving us with DMC and Cmike to carry the primary load. Makes sense.

Do you see the signs that C-Mike is now running this team?
Previous Seahawks teammate Rod Smith signed.
Randle Cut.
A&M Teammate signed.

McFadden suddenly starts gaining a lot of yards most likely because C-Mike told defenses that if they didn't let McFadden gain some yards that C-Mike himself might have to step in and no defense wanted that to happen to them.

Trey had 70 returns in three years at Texas A&M for 1684 yards with a 24.1 yards per return average. Maybe he's our guy to get us to the 20 and beyond.

That would great, except for the fact that we seem to negate all our positive plays with dumb penalties or phantom penalties.....

Agree would have made more sense to bring in LaMichael James at least you know what your getting there. Now we have one proven NFL back and three unknowns...brilliant....wait kinda sounds like the WR position!

yeah and if Mcf gets hurt, they will have to rely on those unknowns.

If Williams returns kicks well and nothing else, this move is a win for the Cowboys.

You do realize you're talking about 1-2 plays a game due to touchbacks, right?
We need a punt returner more than a kick returner; a punt returner might actually have an impact on the game.

yeah I'm pretty sure a couple of do. The rest have better physical stats. Hell some bench press 225 25-40x 3-4 of them Run about a 45-46 400. But man, you see these types of dudes everywhere. It's the skills that separate the NFL. Underwear athletes are everywhere.

But 1/2 is a lil too much. I'd say like 10-15 dudes fit the bill.

Nice to see his is already on the practice field. If active and put in as a KR, he will likely have an opportunity to return a kick against the Eagles. They have a touchback rate below 50% I think.

Might activate all of them if he ends up being the FT kickoff player. Apparently they trust Smith more than Michael to spell McFadden on passing downs.

How is that apparent?

Because Smith played 1 down and it was a passing down where he went to the flat?

Where is this gym? A college gym? I've been to many Bally's/24-hour/etc. over the years and I've never seen 15 guys like that. Sure I've seen some muscle heads that can lift big, but not a lot of super athletic guys than can run 4.4 forties.

I've heard a lot of guys claim they can run a 4.4 forty. I've even challenged a couple of guys that made big claims to a race in the parking lot and they either couldn't beat me or barely beat me and I was probably running a 4.9 forty at best by then.
