Say, yanks, is the visit like a penance-type trip?
Your biggest fan, Gimme!
Your biggest fan, Gimme!
John Holmes???
can't wait until they visit Bill Belichick's coaching and players learning center.
The thing that get on my nerves about him is he takes 7 mins to get on topic in a 10 min videoCool.
If I'm not mistaken, I believe Mark Holmes did some remodeling on that museum. He's a big time Cowboy fan/You Tube blogger.
Why do you ask?Are the Commanders ever going to visit the Native American museum? Its in their own city.
Your right, Garrett is an idiot for thinking that a team filled with African Americans (some of whom come from humble beginnings, and may not have been exposed to something like this) could possibly become inspired. Even if it doesn’t reflect on the the field, someone could be motivated to do good charitable work off the field....Great museum but Garrett sounds like a kindergarten teacher. These are grown men they can go there or anywhere else they want without it being some ego posturing for Garrett.
We don't need Kumbaya we need a coach who treats them like men especially when one yard can win you a game.
Stuff like team museum trips is shallow regardless of the museum.
And what group would that be?
If they win, it will probably be fun for them. If they lose, you would think they would want to get out of town as quick as possible. At least I would.
2018 off-seasonthis thread is go to get closed lol
Cooool2018 off-season
[X] upgrade LG.
[ ] Vet (back up) QB with high IQ
[X] New Starter at LB.
[ ] New Starter at DT.
[X] acquire a WR with legit 4.3 speed.
[X] Give Witten less playing time or release him.
[X] purchase tickets to Africa museum
I do not see what the big deal is.
For those who have an issue with them taking the team on a tour of anything, that is quite common with all NFL teams as teams do things like this every year. The Cowboys have visited many different locations together over the years including the 9/11 Memorial Museum and no one had any issues with that.
For those who have an issue with them visiting an african-american museum, have you ever stopped to look at most of the players you are rooting for each week? Most are african-americans and most of their non-african-american teammates view them as brothers and/or teammates rather than another race.
Everyone who is upset about this needs to get over it.
And fair warning ..
Anyone who makes political, racist (including BOTH ways), etc. comments here can expect to have their accounts suspended.
So you bring up politics and race then threaten to ban people IF they do (psst I didn't)?I do not see what the big deal is.

My point. We have a social worker/school teacher/guidance counselor for a football coach.Your right, Garrett is an idiot for thinking that a team filled with African Americans (some of whom come from humble beginnings, and may not have been exposed to something like this) could possibly become inspired. Key difference - champions.Well......the NBA champions Golden State Warriors went there.....I don't think Kerr considered them kids.....
Making an announcement reminding people that political, racist, etc. comments are against the rules is not "bringing up politics".So you bring up politics and race then threaten to ban people IF they do (psst I didn't)?
Sounds like you just want to shut down this discussion in general so just do that
You are very mistaken if you think Garrett scheduled this or any of the Cowboys tours. The Dallas Cowboys have departments of people who schedule these trips well in advance of when they happen.Key difference - champions.
Let Garrett focus on that instead of copying the style of winners while ignoring the substance
