If he can play on the left side it would allow Selvie to switch to Ware's side where he is a better fit.

He could see time soon with spencer probably out like 3 games or so. We need a replacement for spencer next year anyway. Maybe this will work out.

Indy fans justifying the trade think he belongs in a 4-3 defense.

Spencer will play, but not a full game.

I'm starting to doubt this. Unless he is playing a scrub (who is the RT for the Giants, anyway) I don't see how he can be remotely effective for even a series.

So does this put Wilber on notice a few weeks from now?

When spencer is healthy we have a lot of ends.
Spencer, ware, selvie, rayford, jones? And bass is listed as an end although he will play inside.

Unless jones moves to solb as broaddus said will we need 5 ends?

It seems Dallas and ny are in the same boat Sunday night.

Guys moved around on the offensive line, 3rd down running back injured, pass rusher questionable and probably only a role player for the game.

On the flip side, both have excellent qb's, wr and specialists.

Giants are much better at defensive line, Dallas is much better at linebacker. Dallas is better at corner, giants are better at safety......both have excellent wr.

It's pretty even Sunday night.

I think it would be difficult for a 6'7" player to consistently win in leverage as a standup linebacker, but then he had few problems in the preseason.

Cruz is not a lock to playing Sunday night. Said so himself. Dez and Miles are 100% healthy. Right now, Dallas has edge.
