You aren't getting a starter. Every team has offensive line problems right now outside of 3-4 teams.

What is the overpay? They swapped a 3rd for a 4th, and Pittsburgh will likely finish middle is the pack. That's about like trading 20 spots back.

Don't care about 6th round picks.

To give up a 3rd he better replace Steele and make Steele the swing tackle . That’s a heavy price . Now you have even less picks in 27 as you gave up the 3rd and 6 only get back a 4 . I would have insisted even number of draft pick swaps .

Pickens must have lined up with him wonder if they asked him anything about the player . The OL coach has to have seen tape he liked .

Was Broderick playing left tackle for the Steelers? And should be more of a right?

He started at RT his first two seasons and moved to the left last year (11 starts before he got hurt). So experienced on both sides.

They really only gave up a 6th. They just swapped their 3rd for Pittsburgh's 4th in the trade. And they still have a 6th rounder besides that one.
