I still cannot understand these coaches that value physical traits over football skills. I was dying for Samuel Jr to be the pick.

Diggs and Gilmore on the outside with Samuel covering the slot would be filthy.
Bland says hello. I think he is better then Samuel Jr

Noah Igbinoghene is not a natural corner. He played wide receiver in high school and, I think, at Auburn until he was switched to corner.
I would expect too much from him as corner. My cousin's son played against him and shut him down.

Teams trading their busts just to give the guys a fresh start. Both guys haven't done much Joseph with 0 picks and 4 PD in 26 games and Noah with 5 PD, 1 INT in 32 games.

Told ya he wouldn't see a second contract with the Cowboys.
But Miami is a city that would appeal more to his aspiring rap career than Dallas.
Oh, also expect charges to be filed against KJ. Watch!

Seems like a simple trade for two struggling cornerbacks. Allows both of them to have fresh starts in new franchises and cultures but I will say this.

Kelvin Joseph in Miami, will not end well. and I'm not particularly talking about football. There's a lot of trouble in Miami if you seek it. I lived there for 4 years, believe me. I will leave it there.

Seemed like Joseph was starting to put it together, but coaches see him every day in practice. What could we hope to get this other guy? Is he truly a 4.9 speed guy??

NOAH IGBINOGHENE
Overview
Stocky but explosive receiver-turned-cornerback whose play generates both intrigue and concern. He's extremely physical from snap to whistle with the strength to alter route timing from press. He's a good athlete with a plus burst to close. He's naturally aggressive to ambush catch tries. Staying in phase on the vertical plane is a challenge and pattern recognition is surprisingly average. Improvement is likely with more experience and technique, but playing with downfield poise is not guaranteed. He's good in run support and offers early special teams help as he continues to learn his craft.
Strengths
  • Very strong and very physical
  • Explosive athleticism
  • Tremendously competitive with outstanding practice habits
  • Treats press jam like a sparring session
  • Repetitive strikes to inside shoulder help grind on the release
  • Instant acceleration to open and chase
  • Low center of gravity for quicker change of direction
  • Shows ability for early recovery in short spaces
  • Aggressive challenges diminish receivers' focus at catch point
  • Heavy chops through receivers' arms and hands force incompletions
  • Good balance and radar as open-field tackler
  • Two career kick return touchdowns and gunner talent
Weaknesses
  • Very raw with just two years playing the position
  • Lacks natural footwork and fluidity in space
  • Inconsistent mirroring release and timing up his opening
  • Slow to sort what he sees from off coverage
  • Eye balance between receiver and quarterback is lacking
  • Plays with all power and no finesse
  • Below average at staying in phase with the route
  • Panic sets in with his back to the ball
  • Yellow flags find him when he doesn't find the ball
  • Tackles up high and needs to lower his target aim

I'm glad that bum (KJ) is gone, I can't believe another team was willing to trade anyone for him. I don't even care if who we got is any good. It's about that bum being gone. I started hating that bum the first time I saw him interviewed. He just presented himself as a total numbskull. Then his performance on the field did nothing to change that first impression.

From what I’ve gathered, this guy was borderline unplayable in Miami. Seems like an odd move to make. Joseph, while not good, at least appeared to be making improvements.
