look at it this way..if we get adams..NO MORE EXCUSES FOR GARRETT.
Sorry but I've been hearing that for YEARS now.

Wasn't that the battle cry for THIS year - no more excuses - wasn't it NFCCG or bust...

For reference of the Minkah trade

The Dolphins acquired a 2020 first-round pick, a 2020 fifth-round pick and a 2021 sixth-round pick from Pittsburgh in exchange for Fitzpatrick, a 2020 fourth-round pick and a 2021 seventh-round pick.

Would you do that?

Young Hoe will do well in Atlanta! Talk about a good fantasy player!

Atlanta game attendance will become decidedly more male after this signing. The team is going use the tag line "Younghoe for kicks at games this season." Fans will be lining up saying, "Man, those Falcons sure do know know to give back to us fans. My wife couldn't believe I wanted to go to this game so badly but I told her that Jacksonville is a really good team and might go to the Super Bowl this year."

For those that forgot the trade parameters...

The Miami Dolphins safety was traded to the Pittsburgh Steelers, along with a 2020 fourth-round pick and a 2021 seventh-round pick, in exchange for a first- and fifth-round pick in 2020 and 2021 sixth-round pick, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported on Monday night. The Steelers and Dolphins confirmed the trade on Tuesday morning.
this works

For reference sake.............

Steelers gave up a 2020 1st round pick, 2020 5th round pick and a 2021 7th round pick and got back Fitzpatrick a 2020 4th round pick and 2012 5th round pick.

So all intents and purposes it was Fitzpatrick for a first. The rest was just flipping rounds in late round picks.

I would definitely do a first and second round pick for him... he is a difference make on the back end that we have lacked since Woody retired.

Would stabilize the integrity of the secondary and be a much better fit in the run game for what this scheme is trying to do.

Would also put Heath back into a ST role and 3rd S— which is ideal for his skillset
