It's interesting the way different coaches motivate their players. Some call them out, others encourage. History shows that both work at different times. Guess I'm old fashion but I kind of like Arians style. Not that it's proven effective for him as of yet. Loved Jimmy's style but I digress.

You may already know this, but they are clearly milking that injury to keep him off waivers and retain him for future services once he has a better handle of all of his job responsibilities.
