Romo can not and should not be benched. He is your best option. Get it together.

Wait what? Do you even understand how a play call works? Romo chooses where to throw the ball. Not anyone else. He has thrown three balls he never should have. That is on absolutely no one but Romo. Is he our best option still, unfortunately yes. He is absolutely the only person to blame though.
