McCarthy BLOWS. I can't say it any more forcibly than that. He BLOWS as a HC and might be even worse as an OC. He's that mediocre.

I believe McCarthy saw exactly what he had in Dak in the offseason when trying to implement the west coast offense. That is what caused the trade for Lance. I don't even know if he will be the answer, but he sure as hell can't be worse than Dak.
