Game Day ***Cowboys vs 49ers second half game thread***

So how has Weems and Collins looked? Bernie at C?

This will be one of those games hard to evaluate for the offense. Everything looks quite poor. I'll be surprised on re-watch if many (if anyone) were able to stand out as individuals in this slop.

If Philly cuts him, I think I would sign him and cut Weeden. Serves two purposes: Philly intel and he cannot be worse than Weeden as a backup. He's shown well this preseason. I just cannot stomach going into the season with Weeden a heartbeat away from leading this team...

If Chip is dumb enough to keep Tebow over Barkley we should definitely grab him.

Mod, this is the problem with the mega-merge game threads. Here's an important question. One of legitimate interest for serious fans. Totally lost among genius "so and so sux" comments.

You guys should push to make this place better

This is painful. Only good thing is we horrible last preseason

I doubt they cut him in favor of Tebow... but then again we are talking about Chip Kelly, so anything's possible.

Yet you and everyone else found the comment.

Or...you could answer his question and the thread would serve it's purpose just fine.

Would have never guessed the 49ers would be kicking our butts 16-0 in the 3rd...and are driving for more

Really? I'm not surprised. We aren't game planning. We aren't playing any of our starters except for rookies. We just came off brutal practices with Rams. We aren't showing any of our game plan.

The NFL season is a marathon, not a sprint. Some teams, like the Kellies, treat it like a sprint.

We are just grading players on fundamentals.

Not like 49ers offense is lighting it up either. Cowboys 135 yds. 49ers 154 yds.

All that says is that they are making plays when it counts and Dallas' offense is not. They are leading 10-0 even without the embarrassing defensive TD.

There is a point to that. Just hope the light comes on next week, especially on teams.

It certainly was not in the cards for this game.

Rivers, Gardner, Gregory come to mind. I thought Vaughn showed something although hardly outstanding.
