Jerry Jones needs to understand that TALENT doesn't just win in the NFL. You need a legitimate super strong head coach, and let the coach pick his players. You're not going to reinvent how it's done in the NFL. You've cheated and tried to get around this simple fact for over 20 years, and it just doesn't work. And this is why I probably won't see another Cowboys super bowl in my life.

I'd heard it was between the coaches and that was dividing some players. To the point where they had Ben Bloom calling plays in practice.
