Moore looks in much better command of the offense than Weeden or Cassel ever were. Another failure by the coaching staff to recognize who their best players are. Butler in additon should never have been inactive unless he was truly hurt. He is clearly better than Street. ANd while Beasley is effective in a specialty role, he can't do what Butler can.

We'll probably cut Butler in the offseason.

And that says a lot. Favoritism in sports doesn't accomplish anything. Put the best player on the field. Butler has produced more in 2 and a half games than Street has in 14.

Remember, JG is conservative to a fault. He believes in the laborious process of having players earn their playing time over a more senior player. He sells that to the team as part of his fairness doctrine. Street has practiced fairly well, but I think his ride is over.
