Exactly - Sam Williams may turn out to be a beast in the future at DE, but so far this year he is the new Kelvin Joseph. They make a great play on special teams every so often - but mostly they are just penalties waiting to happen. Those penalties will always kill you too. They keep insisting on drafting these guys with 2 cent brains like Joseph and Williams
