Yes, but it's legal to tackle the running back or QB like that unless he's 3 yards beyond the LoS. You just can't do it in the open field, and especially don't touch the WRs... All the more reason it's about the dumbest rule ever created.

I will say that the Cowboys TV crew is great. They are too serious and have fun unlike alot of other crews. The Houston crew earlier tonight took everything way too seriously and still found ways to take sneak jabs at the Cowboys.

What quarterback is scared of us? Eli Manning isn't even scared of our defense. We make the most horrible quarterbacks look like pro bowlers. It's horrible...
