Good win. Romo makes this team better on both sides of the ball. Players are more confident with him on the field. Its something that cant be measured, but its pretty apparent when you watch the game.

Negative sentiments are welcome in the threads, too, as long as they're on-topic. That's always the challenge. We just don't want multiple redundant loser threads pushing actual conversations off the board.

You'll have to just hide the negative posters like I wish to god I could do.

Or simply ignore them. I wonder why that's so hard for people?

Yeah, I don't think many people thought Philly would lose. Then again, we should be used to Philly pulling, well, a Philly. :)

I don't really think we'll win out just with Romo back, but I'm pretty comfortable with the Giants losing 3 more here. It was PHI losing two on top of the Giants losing 2+ that made things so unlikely, though.

We'll see. If we can get by CAR, things will at least be interesting.

I will say it is a relief to see us playing as a unit. Even better to see our run game with the scare of losing D-Mac this week. I was impressed with Turbin and while I think his blocking and catching the ball was the reason he sat out more than anything, I think he has alot more calls on first and second down. This should keep D-Mac ready and able. I think this could be a good committee. Is it good enough to beat the undefeated Panthers? I am not sure but it will slow them down for us to have a shot. Thursday should be a good game.

Why not? Usual reasons: pourous D in 4th, inability to generate turnovers, predictable play calling, and nothing from special teams?

Well, Tony made two really poor decisions under pressure. The defense collapsed at the end of the first half. We were bottled up inside our own 20 for most of the game, but that was more field position than it was anything the ST did poorly. OTs really struggled with Vernon on both sides. Suh was a handful, but that was to be expected.

Beyond that, though, Romo had his magic. Terrence Williams re-appeared. We ran hard in some specific circumstances. Just generally looked like the better team.

McFadden and Turbin > Miller and Ajayi
Defense had 3 sacks and an int

Turbin needs more carries, he seems capable. Free needs to be replaced, and Ro looked awesome.
