I remember I wanted the guy the Patriots released right before the season started. He was a Pro Bowler caliber punter who got released because his contract was too high.

That's an underrated position there. Since we've had to punt today, have we even penned them back inside their 5 today at all?

I really didn't think that the Iggles would have no points at point in the game....I was thinking that both teams would have been in the 20's by now since both defenses aren't that good. We've been playing better D today....also helps that Foles can't throw very well.

What makes you think Barkley would be any better? Vick is hurt.

Wouldn't be the least bit surprised if they go QB in round 1. There is a number that would fit Chips offense including his former qb Mariota

Yeah, but statistically, I mean. We start slow historically and then make adjustments as the game goes on. Just like we did today.

I don't think that's the case this season. I went back and tallied up our net pt differential per quarter after our 5th game (so before the win against the Commanders) and it got worse with each quarter, if memory serves.

I agree, though, that before this season we did tend to start slow under Garrett.
