Those teams have much better pedigree at the position than Dallas right now. Javonte Williams is the guy, right now, and he averaged 4.0 a carry last season, and I don't put much stock in 5th n 7th round RBs. I'm not bashing this group, but I am being realistic...they need help.
Blue is not some Gibbs clone he's closer to Lance Dunbar than Gibbs. Mafah could be a steal in the 7th. Again, this isn't enough they should look into Chubb, Dobbins or Foreman as some more competition in the room.
You're delusional we could all sit here and keep telling you you're wrong this is not lucky Whitehead this is not Lance Dunbar no this is not even to shard choice he is as close to Tony Pollard as we can get before injury yes Tony Pollard that was playing really well when given the opportunities to run at least 10 plus times a game behind Ezekiel Elliott ,but his real NFL comp his real ceiling if he can reach it would be Jamir Gibbs ,he's exactly the same height ,size, and has the same exact speed, but somehow he's a different player to you???!!
no he didn't get the opportunities in college it was a loaded room of running backs and wide receivers and a spread offense Steve Sarkisian moved a ball around so much ,he didn't just give one guy a chance to be you know A CD lamb from two years ago where he got all the touches all the glory and all the yards that's not how the Longhorn offense runs they're all interchangeable, that's why there's not a big difference between Matthew Golden, Worthy, and Isaiah Bond other than the criminal charges, a lot of these guys were brought over so they didn't miss a beat when one was missing 1 graduated 1 moved into the portal, he had interchangeable pieces...
And again,
I get it nobody here is going to really know what kind of career any of these players are going to have until he gets actual real opportunities, this is not deuce ,I love deuce by the way I still hope he makes the team, but this isn't the little guy that we keep cheering for like a pet cat that would be Vaughn, i've been hoping that they would use him right for two years now but the old coaching staff just doesn't understand how to utilize talent because turf in Vaughan ,Hunter none of them hell they even ruining Ferguson's career..
Stop telling you right now we can come back and revisit this but Jayden Blue given real opportunities and if he can get over the fumbling issues is the only reason he dropped in a loaded running back draft so once again he gets buried behind a lot of running backs he's going to surprise a lot of people and have a very good career he just needs the opportunities...
He got buried on that Longhorn running backroom but as soon as they gave him real opportunities last year with all the injuries he stepped up big time both receiving and running he was the spark plug for the Longhorns I watched every one of their games because I'm a long horned fan and no I'm not a homer not guaranteeing success for this guy but I'm telling you he is not a gadget guy...
